YOU REALLY DO THOSE THINGS!

We’ve added several talented and experienced people to our staff, and are busy adding more. During training, one new staff member was struck by something she saw. Her reaction, in turn, struck us. The story goes a little like this.

Tucker staff was demonstrating the steps and lengths we go through on a transaction-by-transaction basis, and our multi-person, multi-layered, blended technology/personnel tracking and tracing, the new staff member said, “Oh my gosh. You really do those things! At my old company, we always told our customers we did those things, but we really didn’t. Wow, I can’t believe you really do.”

“Wow” is right!  Lots of companies say they do X, Y, and Z. It is our experience, and this helps prove it, not every company does what it claims. Tucker does. It’s what makes us special.
